WARRANTY POLICY
At Watchstreet, we are committed to offering authentic, high-quality timepieces and reliable after-sales support. Every watch we sell is covered by a warranty, the terms of which depend on the brand and the specific item purchased.
Below is a clear explanation of how our warranty works.
Warranty Coverage Overview
Depending on the watch, it may be covered by either:
A manufacturer’s international warranty, or
A Watchstreet in-house warranty (typically 1 or 2 years)
The applicable warranty type will vary by brand and listing.
All warranties cover manufacturing defects affecting the internal movement only, under normal use.
Watchstreet In-House Warranty
For watches covered under our in-house warranty, we provide 1–2 years of warranty coverage, depending on the model.
If your watch develops a mechanical issue due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period:
You may return the watch to us for inspection and repair
Repairs will be handled by our authorized service partners
You are responsible for shipping the watch to us
Once repaired, the watch will be returned to you
This warranty applies worldwide unless otherwise stated.
Manufacturer Warranty
Some watches include an official manufacturer warranty card.
If your watch is covered by a manufacturer warranty:
You may contact an authorized service center directly, where applicable
If your local service center cannot assist, you may send the watch to us
We will help coordinate servicing and ensure the issue is properly handled
Please note that manufacturer warranty terms, coverage length, and service availability vary by brand and region.
How to Request Warranty Service
If you experience an issue covered under warranty, please email:
Include:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos or videos if applicable
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps. Depending on the case, you may be asked to send the watch to us or visit an authorized service center.
What Is Covered Under Warranty
Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects in the internal movement, including faults that affect normal timekeeping or mechanical function under proper use.

Damage to bracelets, straps, or bands
Missing stones, gems, or decorative elements
Battery replacement
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage
Damage caused by misuse, impact, accidents, or improper handling
Damage caused by exceeding the manufacturer’s stated water-resistance limits
Any servicing, repairs, or modifications performed by third-party or unauthorized repairers
⚠️ Servicing your watch outside our authorized service process will void the warranty, as we cannot guarantee workmanship or parts used by third parties.
Important Notes on Care & Use
Always follow the manufacturer’s care and usage instructions
Ensure crowns are properly secured before exposure to moisture
Water resistance is not permanent and may decrease over time
